  1. No caravan may be removed from the Park until all outstanding accounts are paid and only after written notification to the Proprietors.

  2. The Proprietors reserve the right to remove any caravan to an alternative pitch without prior notice.

  3. No caravan may be sold on site without consent. The Proprietors will charge 15% commission + VAT on every sale. All sales must be conducted through the Park Office and the purchaser must make payment to Peewit Caravans Ltd., who after deducting any outstanding amounts due, will pay the balance to the Vendor. Where this condition is disregarded, no pitch will be available to the Purchaser. Where caravans over ten years are offered for sale, a pitch will not necessarily be made available. Exceptions which are made to this condition, will not be deemed to have created a precedent.

  4. The Proprietors reserve the right to remove to storage any caravan where accounts relating to that caravan remain unpaid. The right is also reserved to sell any caravan and contents etc., in order to recover overdue accounts. The balance remaining after such action will be paid to the owner.

  5. The Proprietors disclaim responsibility for any loss or damage, or injury to persons or their property.

  6. Caravans may only be user for the period from Easter (or 1st April) to the end of October. Owners may visit for the purposes of maintenance in the winter months, but for security reasons, only during the hours of daylight. Rubbish disposal and Toilet facilities are not available during the winter months. All services are turned off.

  7. It is legal requirement that every caravan be fully equipped with a fully functional Smoke Alarm and a dry powder Fire Extinguisher.

  8. In order to facilitate grass cutting to prevent damage or injury to machinery and personnel, clothes lines and TV aerial etc. must be attached to caravans in such a way that no posts in the ground are necessary. Clothes lines must not be stretched across between caravans and/or trees.

  9. Learner drivers must not drive on any part of the Park or Driveway. Commercial vehicles (unless on business), unsightly vehicles and noisy motorbikes will not be allowed on the Park. The 5mph limit on the Park and 10mph limit on the Driveway must be adhered to at all times. Bicycles must also comply with these speed limits.

  10. In the interests of safety and the preservation of other people's peace, children are only allowed to ride bikes and micro scooters in the children's area. Foam Ball's may also be used in the play area so long as consideration is shown to others. Children must be supervised at all times. The Management reserves the right to ban any child from using the Children's Area, if they are deemed to be a danger to themselves or others

  11. Domestic Animals or pets shall be permitted at the discretion of the Company. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and care must be taken to ensure that they do not foul the Park. A dog walk and dog bins are provided. Dogs are not permitted in the toilet/shower block or the Laundry Rooms. The Park Managers shall be authorized to insist upon the  immediate removal of such domestic animals or pets if they think appropriate.

  12. Peewit Park is licensed for holiday use exclusively. No caravan will be sold to anyone who does not have a permanent address in Great Britain or Europe or to any person employed or seeking employment in the district. Occupation of a caravan by a person  who is employed in the district or who is homeless constitutes residential use and is strictly prohibited.

  13. Caravan owners are responsible for the maintenance of the area surrounding their caravan for a distance of one meter from any part of the caravan. Every caravan must be maintained in very good order throughout. Owners may not paint the exterior of caravans in any but approved pastel colours. Approval must be sought from the Management for Porches, Balconies, Verandas etc. at the planning stage.

  14. Owners are responsible for their own and their guests behaviour. Anti-Social behaviour will not be tolerated.

  15. Any owner who does not conform to these conditions will be liable to receive a notice to remove their caravan.

  16. The purchase and/or siting of a caravan on Peewit Park implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which may be altered or added to without notice.
