Site Fee adjusted to time of year when purchased.

The price of Second Hand caravans will be fixed by the Vendor and is sometimes open to negotiation (through the office only).

A waiting list is currently in operation due to limited availability. 

Annual Site Fee

£1,452.44 inc VAT annually, paid in two installments, November and March.

Utilities Charges

Council Rates and Water Rates payable May/June. Total depending on charges made to Peewit Caravans Ltd. (Approx £150)

Electricity supply is individually metered. 

Security 

No Mobile Homes may be used for letting. Mobile Homes may be lent to family and close friends only. CCTV cameras are installed on the site. A member of staff is on call for emergencies 24 hours a day.  

Taster Week

If you would like to come for a taster week at Peewit Park, we have the following Letting Caravans available:

 1) Fully equipped 2010, 35' x 12' 2 bedroom Willerby Signature holiday home with balcony beside, central heating and double glazing available to hire at a reasonable rate.

2) Fully equipped 2008, 28' x 12' 2 double bedroom Pemberton Avon holiday home with balcony beside, central heating and double glazing available to hire at a reasonable rate.

3) Fully equipped 2008, 28' x 12' 2 double bedroom Pemberton Avon holiday home with balcony beside, central heating and double glazing available to hire at a reasonable rate.
